implemented auto member registration in product integration
updated autoresponder activation when a product is purchased
fixed bug on purchase thankyou page which was accidentally brought in version 8.13
fixed issue to prevent deletion of “default” store.
fixed issue with broadcast testing when timezone is not set.
updated autoresponder so that multiple popups can be initiated, with each having it's own cookie expiration time.
